My role: Copywriter.
PROJECT: service king (RECENTLY REBRANDED AS “CRASH CHAMPIONS”) wanted me to create a campaign that showcased their collision repair products. Easy! Then they said, “oh, by the way, they’re going to hang in the american airlines center in dallas, texas, so make sure they also have something to do with sports.” AWESOME! Here are the banners that i wrote:
PROJECT: Service King wanted a U.S.-wide OOH campaign to show that they acquired mom-and-pop shops in small towns without looking like a big corporation taking over. I created the “Can you blame us for moving in?” campaign by researching each town and complimenting a local dish at a prized local restaurant. This allowed the target market to look at Service King in a different light: “Of course Service King is moving into your amazing community! Who wouldn’t want to live here? This place has a great vibe and awesome local businesses!” This was a much friendlier introduction to their brand and approach to their new acquisitions.
this second campaign was targeted to employees who were acquired by service king. These ads encouraged the employees from the mom-and-pop shops to stay on as service king employees.
Service king was all about giving back, so We teamed up with the national breast cancer foundation and created this breast cancer awareness banner for breast cancer awareness month.
project: Service king wanted to showcase their Mission 2 hire program, which aimed to hire 500 military veterans. we created a radio spot, which won 1st place in the super bowl sound awards, as well as the accompanying banner ads below.
